Scope

This regulation applies to the construction, quality control, and acceptance of rapid excavation, backfilling, and surface layer restoration projects for urban road sub-bases, including: a) rapid backfilling of trenches, foundation pits, and well chambers after the laying and installation of urban road pipelines, and restoration of road surfaces; b) rapid excavation, backfilling, and restoration of damaged sub-bases in urban roads; c) rapid excavation, backfilling, and restoration of damaged road structures around inspection well openings in urban roads; d) new construction projects for urban road sub-bases and surface layers.
