T/HVIA 005-2022 The Technical Regulations for Quality Control of Greenhouse Strawberry Production
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document stipulates the safety control technical measures such as the selection of production sites, requirements for agricultural inputs, key control points for safe production, management of input waste, and traceability records for greenhouse strawberry production. This document is conducive to quality control and quality improvement of greenhouse strawberries; Main technical content: 4. Site selection: The production site should be selected in an agricultural production area with good ecological conditions, free from pollution sources or with pollutant content within allowable limits. The irrigation water source, soil, and air quality of the production site should meet the relevant indicators requirements of NY/T 5010. 5. Requirements for agricultural inputs: 5.1.1 Fertilizers: The purchase and storage of fertilizers should comply with the requirements of NY/T 2798.1. 5.2.1 Pesticides: Highly efficient, low-toxicity, and low-residue pesticides should be prioritized, and different pesticide varieties with different mechanisms of action should be scientifically rotated for use. The list of prohibited pesticides is shown in Appendix A. 5.2.2 The use of pesticides should comply with the requirements of GB/T 8321, especially the requirements for safety intervals. Spraying equipment should be operated in strict accordance with the instructions for use. 5.2.3 Before spraying, ensure that the spraying equipment is clean and its function is tested; after spraying, the spraying equipment should be cleaned. 6. Key control points for safe production: 6.1.1 High-temperature mulching: One month before strawberry transplantation, microbial fermentation agents should be applied to the soil for deep tillage, and the soil moisture should be maintained at 80%~85%. Cover with mulch film; seal the greenhouse, and the soil temperature at 20cm depth should reach 50℃ or higher for 10~15 days. 6.1.2 Land preparation and fertilization: It is recommended to use soil testing-
