Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for emission control, monitoring, compliance assessment, and supervision and management of air pollutants from gas-fired power plants.
This document applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from existing gas-fired power plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection engineering design, completion environmental protection acceptance, pollution discharge permits, and air pollutant emission management of gas-fired power plant construction projects.
This document does not apply to power plants that use fixed internal combustion engines or fixed gas turbine units with a single output power of more than 10 MW.
