Scope

This standard applies to seawater scrubbing gas desulfurization projects of thermal power plants with a single unit capacity of 300 MW or more. For thermal power units with a capacity of less than 300 MW that adopt seawater scrubbing gas desulfurization technology, this standard can be used for reference. The sea area where the project is located should have good marine dispersion conditions.
