Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of extruded copper alloy tubes for synchronizer ring gears (hereinafter referred to as tubes).
This standard applies to extruded copper alloy tubes for automotive synchronizer ring gears, as well as to extruded copper alloy tubes used in special wear-resistant fields such as large and medium-sized wear-resistant parts, small and medium-sized consumables, common friction pairs, and parts for self-lubricating environments in industries such as machinery, metallurgy, molds, shipbuilding, and aviation.
