Scope
This standard proposes guidelines for the disposal of waste from microbiological testing laboratories (hereinafter referred to as laboratories). This standard applies to the disposal of laboratory waste in biosafety level 2 and lower laboratories, and meets the requirements for waste disposal set forth in GB/T 27025, "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories", and the "Evaluation Criteria for the Qualification of Inspection and Testing Organizations" issued by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. The content of this standard does not involve laboratory disinfection and sterilization.
