Scope
This standard specifies the measurement method for the dynamic friction performance of sewing threads in contact with solid metals.
This standard is applicable to sewing threads with a linear density of 10 tex to 120 tex and a dynamic friction coefficient of 0.1 to 0.5. Embroidery threads or sewing thread products exceeding the above range can be used for reference.
