Scope

This verification system is applicable to the verification of optical transmission density measuring instruments. It specifies the use of the national reference for diffuse transmission visual density, a complete set of basic measuring instruments included in the reference, the metrological parameters of the reference, and the procedure for transferring the value of the transmission density unit to working measuring instruments with the help of working references and standards, and indicates their uncertainties and basic verification methods, etc.
The verification system consists of three parts: metrological reference instruments, metrological standard instruments, and working metrological instruments.
The spectral and geometric conditions of metrological instruments at all levels should comply with the requirements of relevant national standards.
