Scope
This document describes the microarray gene chip detection method and the microfluidic chip detection method for simultaneously detecting three canine disease viruses (CDV, CPV, and CAV1). This document is suitable for the simultaneous and rapid detection of the three viral nucleic acids in samples such as nasal swabs, fecal swabs, plasma, serum, and organ muscle tissues of the objects to be tested.
