Scope
This standard applies to acetylated di-starch succinate, a food additive produced by reacting edible starch or starch milk obtained from raw materials used in the production of edible starch with adipic anhydride and acetic anhydride, as well as acetylated di-starch succinate processed by one or more methods, including enzymatic treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment, bleaching treatment, and pre-gelatinization treatment.
