Scope
This standard specifies the types and sizes, shape and position tolerances, materials and hardness, appearance and surface roughness, welding quality, and marking and packaging requirements of solid carbide helical straight-shank end mills and solid carbide helical taper-shank end mills (hereinafter referred to as "end mills").
This standard applies to solid carbide helical straight-shank end mills with diameters of 10 mm to 28 mm and solid carbide helical taper-shank end mills with diameters of 14 mm to 50 mm.
