Main Technical Content: 4. Base Planning and Construction 4.1 Site Selection: The site should have favorable natural conditions (e.g., clean air, soil, and irrigation water), be located at least 500 meters away from residential areas and more than 100 meters from major highways, and have sustainable production capabilities in agricultural production areas. 4.2 Planning and Construction: Implemented in accordance with DB52/T 626. 4.3 Road and Water Systems: Implemented in accordance with DB52/T 626. 4.4 Tea Garden Ecological Construction: Implemented in accordance with NY/T 3934. 5. Tea Tree Planting 5.1 Tea Garden Cultivation: Implemented in accordance with DB52/T 626. 5.2 Selected tea seedlings should be high-quality Jinsagong tea varieties from the local area, and their quality should meet the requirements of GB 11767. 5.3 Timely transplantation: October to March of the following year. Avoid transplanting during severe cold weather. 5.4 Planting 5.4.1 Before planting, moisten the soil in the planting trench and place the seedlings in it. Support the seedlings with one hand while filling the trench with soil in layers. When the soil reaches a depth of 20 cm without exposed root hairs, gently pull the seedlings to allow their roots to spread naturally, then compact the soil with fine soil and immediately water them thoroughly to help root establishment. 5.4.2 Use the double-row planting method with a planting depth of 10 cm to 15 cm. 5.4.2.1 Small-leaved varieties: Large row spacing of 1.50 m, small row spacing of 0.40 m to 0.45 m, and cluster spacing of 0.30 m to 0.35 m. Plant two seedlings per cluster, with approximately 4,500 to 6,000 seedlings per 667 m2. 5.4.2.2 Large-leaved varieties: Large row spacing of 1.70 m, small row spacing of 0.45 m to 0.50 m, and cluster spacing of 0.35 m to 0.40 m. Plant two seedlings per cluster, with approximately 3,000 to 4,000 seedlings per 667 m2. 6. Soil and Fertilizer Management 6.1 Soil manag
