Scope
This standard applies to all marine power and lighting transformers, static converters, as well as marine starting transformers, static transformers, saturated reactors, and magnetic amplifiers. Single-phase transformers with a rated capacity of less than 1 kVA and three-phase transformers with a rated capacity of less than 5 kVA are also included in the scope of application. However, exceptions may apply for those with special requirements.
