Scope: This standard specifies the production areas, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of Laiyang Qiuyue pears. This standard applies to Laiyang Qiuyue pears produced in the Laiyang production area. Main technical content: All Laiyang Qiuyue pears should be intact, fresh, and clean, with no abnormal external moisture, no odor, normal fruit shape, milky-white flesh, and a maturity and natural color that meet storage or market requirements. There should be no mechanical damage such as scratches or burrs, as well as no pest or borer infestation. The fruit stem should be intact. The fruit surface should not have large areas of contaminants such as pear wood lice ash.
