Scope
This procedure applies to reading microscopes with a scale division value of no more than 001 mm and a maximum measurement range of up to 8 mm, as well as measuring microscopes with a scale division value of no more than 001 mm and a measurement range of (0–50) mm in the vertical direction and (0–13) mm in the horizontal direction, for their initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection.
