Scope
This document specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and accompanying documents and order forms for seamless thin-walled molybdenum tubes. This document is applicable to seamless thin-walled molybdenum and molybdenum alloy tubes with a wall thickness of not more than 1.5 mm, manufactured by pressure processing methods. They are mainly used as nuclear cladding tubes, heat pipes, high-temperature fuel protection tubes, flow guides, tubular electrodes, thermocouple protection tubes, and high-temperature furnace components, etc.
