GA/T 1627-2019 Forensic sciences—Examination methods for four phenoxyacid herbicides including 2,4-D in biological samples—GC and GC-MS
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatography (GC) quantitative testing methods and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) qualitative and quantitative testing methods for four phenoxyacetic herbicides, namely 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2,4-D), 2,4-DP [2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propionic acid, also known as 2,4-D propionic acid], MCPA (4-chloro-2-methyl-phenoxyacetic acid, also known as 2,4-DCP), and MCPP [2-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenoxy)propionic acid, also known as 2,4-DCP propionic acid], in forensic biological samples (blood, urine, liver, kidney, stomach, and stomach contents, etc.).
This standard applies to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 2,4-D, 2,4-DP, MCPP, and MCPA in forensic biological samples. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 2,4-D, 2,4-DP, MCPP, and MCPA in other suspicious samples can be used as a reference.
