Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, conditions of use, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of resistance vacuum gauges.
This standard applies to resistance vacuum gauges (hereinafter referred to as vacuum gauges) with a pressure indication range of 1.0×10-1 Pa to 1.0×105 Pa (with a measurement range of 5.0×10-1 Pa to 3.0×103 Pa).
