Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of isoxazolepyridine in health food products. This standard is applicable to the determination of isoxazolepyridine in health food products mainly made from Cuscuta chinensis Mill. When the sampling amount is 2.0 g, the sample is diluted to 10 mL, and the injection amount is 10 μL, the detection limit (LOD) of the method is 2.0×10 -4 g/kg, and the quantification limit (LOQ) of the method is 6.0×10 -4 g/kg.
