Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of fried vegetable products, product classification and certification units, production license condition review, and production license inspection. This standard applies to the review of production conditions for fried vegetable products made from edible fungi and vegetables as the main raw materials, processed by frying or oil-staining, and the inspection of their production licenses by enterprises applying for such licenses.
