Scope
This standard specifies two test methods for determining the hysteresis loss performance of soft foam polymer materials.
——Method A: Determine the hysteresis loss using the compression method;
——Method B: Determine the hysteresis loss using the indentation method.
This standard is applicable to the determination of hysteresis loss in soft foam polymer materials. Methods A and B in this standard are suitable for standard-sized samples cut from block materials or molded samples of various shapes, and Method B is also suitable for molded products of various shapes.
