This standard applies to the harvest and storage of Qingcui Li fruits in Fengjie County. Main Technical Content: 3.1 Mechanical Damage: Damage to fruits caused by human operations during harvesting or transportation, including crushing, squeezing, abrasions, nail marks, and puncture wounds. 3.2 Field Heat: The heat introduced into storage facilities by fruits after they undergo wound healing treatment. 3.3 "Product"-shaped Stacking: Loading goods in odd and even layers to form a "Product" shape. 3.4 Pre-cooling: After fruit harvesting, before transportation or storage, quickly dissipate the large amount of field heat retained by the fruits to cool their body temperature to a more favorable storage and transportation temperature. 3.5 Mechanical Refrigerated Storage: A method of long-term storage of horticultural products in well-insulated warehouses equipped with mechanical refrigeration equipment to control temperature and humidity and maintain a suitable storage environment. 3.6 Modified Atmosphere Packaging: A method of preserving fruits by utilizing the natural consumption of oxygen and accumulation of carbon dioxide during their respiration. 4 Harvesting 4.1 Harvesting Indicators and Values - Soluble Solid Content (SSC): ≥12% - Reference: NY/T 2637 - For long-distance transportation, harvest 3-5 days earlier. - Hardness: 10-13 kg/cm2 - Reference: NY/T 2009 4.2 Harvesting Requirements - Select orchards with standardized cultivation management, low disease and pest prevalence, and healthy fruit growth. - Avoid spraying any pesticides or irrigation two weeks before harvesting. - Harvest on sunny days with suitable temperatures, avoiding rainy, foggy, dew-forming periods, or high-temperature periods.
