Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the clinical diagnosis of infectious bronchitis (IB) in chickens, virus isolation and identification, virus RT-PCR, real-time fluorescent RT-PCR, virus genotype identification, blood coagulation and blood coagulation inhibition tests, and tracheal ring tissue culture serum neutralization tests.
