This standard applies to the calibration of AC and DC (half-wave rectification or full-wave rectification) magnetic particle inspection machines (hereinafter referred to as inspection machines). This standard does not apply to the calibration of electromagnetic yoke inspection machines (instruments), rotating magnetic field inspection machines (instruments), and other yoke-type magnetic particle inspection machines (instruments).
