Scope

Main technical content: 4. The production environment shall comply with the requirements of NY/T 391. The production site should be convenient for irrigation and ventilation, with clean soil and water sources, and be far away from the "three wastes" pollution sources of industrial and mining enterprises. 5. The factory equipment shall comply with the requirements of NY/T 528. It should meet the basic requirements for factory-scale mycelium production in terms of structure and function, and be equipped with environmental control equipment and facilities. 6. The seed source shall comply with the quality requirements of NY/T 1742. 7. The raw and auxiliary materials shall comply with the quality and safety requirements of NY/T 1935. 8. The production technology: - Recommended formula: a) 35% miscellaneous sawdust, 35% corn cob, 18% wheat bran, 10% soybean meal, 1% gypsum, 1% lime; b) 30% miscellaneous sawdust, 20% corn cob, 20% cottonseed hull, 18% wheat bran, 10% corn flour, 1% lightweight calcium carbonate, 1% lime; c) 59% miscellaneous sawdust, 25% cottonseed hull, 15% bran, 1% lime. - Mixing: Pre-wet and ferment the mixed materials for more than 2 months in the storage yard, mix them evenly, and stir with a mixer for 40–50 minutes with a water content of 63%–65%. - Water for production shall comply with the provisions of GB 5749. - Bags: Polypropylene or polyethylene bags with dimensions of (17 cm–18 cm) × 38 cm × 0.005 cm can be selected. They can be automatically bagged, with the weight deviation of each bag controlled within 5%. After bagging, clean the outer wall and bag mouth of the bags in time. Bagging should be completed within 3 hours after mixing. Plastic products shall comply with the requirements of GB 4806.7. - Sterilization: Sterilize the bags within 3 hours after bagging.
