Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits of air pollutants for exhaust stacks in industrial enterprises such as cement mining, cement manufacturing (including grinding stations), and cement product production, as well as bulk cement transfer stations. It also sets limits for unorganized emissions in workplaces and related environmental protection management regulations, monitoring, and standard implementation. This standard only applies to legally permitted pollution discharge activities. It applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from existing cement mining, cement manufacturing (including grinding stations), and cement product production enterprises, as well as bulk cement transfer stations. It also applies to the environmental impact assessment, design, and completion acceptance of new, modified, or expanded cement mining, cement manufacturing (including grinding stations), and cement product production lines, as well as the management of air pollutant emissions after their completion.
