Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the flash point of adhesives containing volatile organic compounds.
This standard is applicable to the determination of adhesives containing solvents and solvent-free adhesives, but it is not applicable to water-based adhesives containing less than 10% volatile organic compounds.
〖HT5"H〗 Note: 〖HT5"SS〗 When the adhesive contains halogenated hydrocarbon components, it may interfere with the observation and results of the test.
