This document specifies the technical requirements for terminals in the user plane-based mobile positioning service (SUPL) system, including the technical requirements for the functions that the user plane mobile positioning platform (SLP) and positioning terminals (SET) need to support when implementing positioning services.
This document is applicable to the planning, design, development, implementation, and testing and verification of terminals that support SUPL 2.0.2 and above.
