Scope
This standard specifies the principles, reagents, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, operating procedures, result presentation, and precision and accuracy for determining 1-acetyl lysophosphatidylcholine (1-LPC) and 2-acetyl lysophosphatidylcholine (2-LPC) in enzyme-modified phospholipids using high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of lysophosphatidylcholine prepared from soybean phospholipids, egg yolk phospholipids, and rapeseed phospholipids as raw materials. The detection limit of this standard is 0.1 μg.
