Main Technical Content: 4. Requirements for Production Sites 4.1.1 Basic Requirements The environment should be clean, well-ventilated, with sufficient water supply that meets the GB5749 Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water, smooth drainage, adequate power supply, and convenient transportation. 4.1.2 Environmental Hygiene Requirements They shall comply with the provisions of the NY/T528 Technical Regulations for Edible Fungus Strain Production. 4. Production Facilities and Equipment 4.2.1 The layout of the plant shall comply with the NY/T528 Technical Regulations for Edible Fungus Strain Production. 4.2.2 The fermentation room shall be designed in accordance with the GB50073 Code for Cleanroom Design, with floors that are waterproof, corrosion-resistant, leak-proof, non-slip, easy to clean, and with a drainage slope of 1%–1.5%. The drains must be circular stainless steel open channels. The corners of the walls and ceilings should be rounded, and the walls and ceilings should be moisture-proof, mold-resistant, water-resistant, and easy to clean. 4.2.3 The inoculation room shall be designed in accordance with the GB50073 Code for Cleanroom Design. A buffer room shall be set up in the liquid fungus inoculation room; hand-washing facilities shall be provided at the entrance, and sealed waste bins shall be installed in the workshop. Exhaust pipes or ventilation equipment shall be installed, and mosquito- and fly-proof mesh screens shall be installed on doors and windows. 4.2.4 Major instruments and equipment shall include water treatment equipment, liquid fungus culture incubators, air compressors, air filters, liquid fungus inoculators, high-pressure steam sterilizers, steam boilers, purification workbenches, constant temperature incubators, constant temperature shakers, refrigerators, microscopes, magnetic stirrers, scales, balances, pH meters, etc. In areas prone to power outages, a backup power supply (generator) shall be provided. 4.2.5 Major
