Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits of water pollutants, monitoring and control requirements for rural (excluding the seat of township governments) domestic wastewater treatment facilities, as well as implementation and supervision. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant emissions from existing rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities with a scale of less than 500 m3/day (excluding), as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion acceptance, and water pollutant emission management of new projects. This standard applies to the emission of water pollutants permitted by law.
