This document specifies the technical requirements for the QKD system (hereinafter referred to as the "QKD system") based on the Gaussian modulated coherent state protocol transmitted via fiber-optic channels, mainly including system classification, system model and reference points, system parameter requirements, technical requirements for QKD equipment, technical requirements for combiners/splitters, technical requirements for optical path switches, other system requirements, power voltage tolerance range, and technical requirements for network element management, etc.
