Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for basic management, equipment and facilities, production sites, hazard identification and control, self-assessment and evaluation, etc. of enterprises below the scale of the industry and trade sector in terms of safe production standardization. This standard applies to enterprises in the administrative area of Anhui Province that are not subject to the management of safety production licenses, with an annual main business income of less than 20 million yuan (excluding 20 million yuan) in the metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, building materials, machinery, light industry, textile, tobacco, and trade industries, as well as chemical production enterprises that do not involve the production, use, or storage of dangerous chemicals (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises") in carrying out safety production standardization construction, applying for and evaluating safety production standardization, and related work such as supervision and review by safety production supervision and management departments at all levels.
