Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the control of water pollutant discharge, monitoring, and the implementation and supervision of standards for rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant discharge from rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities with a treatment capacity of less than 500 m3/day. For rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities with a capacity of 500 m3/day or more, the discharge of water pollutants shall be implemented in accordance with GB 18918. This standard applies to pollutant discharge activities permitted by law.
