Scope
This document describes the principle, instrumentation, reagents and materials, samples, experimental steps, result calculation, and test report for testing the equivalent boron content of graphite materials using an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP spectrometer). This document is applicable to the determination of the equivalent boron content of lithium, boron, sodium, silicon, potassium, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, strontium, molybdenum, silver, cadmium, barium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, dysprosium, thorium, and uranium in high-purity graphite materials with a total equivalent boron content of less than 2 μg/g. The determination of other elements or materials can be used as a reference.
