Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of selenium-rich agricultural products, the detection of selenium, quality requirements, product labeling, selenium content indicators, and other content. This standard applies to naturally selenium-rich and biologically selenium-enriched agricultural products and processed products, but does not apply to foods and health products to which selenium is added during processing. Main technical content: The selenium content requirements are as follows: for selenium-rich solid agricultural products, the selenium content shall be ≥ 0.150mg/kg; for selenium-rich liquid agricultural products, the selenium content shall be ≥ 0.075mg/L; for selenium-rich agricultural products and processed products with a water content of less than 20%, the selenium content shall be ≥ 0.150mg/kg, and for those with a water content of more than 20%, the selenium content shall be reduced by 0.020mg/kg for every 10% increase in water content.
