Scope
Main technical content: Zunhua chestnuts refer to high-quality chestnuts originating from the Zunhua region of Hebei Province. Their nuts are compact, with brown or dark brown skin that is glossy and has little fuzz. The base of the nut is small. The tough skin is easy to peel off, and the flesh is fine-grained, with a high sugar content, strong stickiness, and rich nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, calcium, and other trace elements. The fruits are highly resistant to storage.
