Scope

Scope: This document stipulates the basic requirements, organization and management, temporary facilities, planting construction, acceptance, and information management for plant ecological restoration projects. This document is applicable to plant ecosystem restoration projects. Main technical content: 5 Organization and Management 5.1 Construction Units 5.1.1 When preparing the project budget and tender documents, the requirements for green construction should be specified, and green construction conditions ensuring aspects such as site, environment, construction period, and funding should be provided. 5.1.2 A green construction coordination mechanism for the project should be established to coordinate all parties involved in the project to carry out green construction management and supervise the implementation of green construction by participating units. 5.2 Design Units 5.2.1 The design unit shall conduct green design of the project in accordance with current national standards and the requirements of the construction unit, and adhere to the design concepts of conservation and environmental protection. The project design shall follow the principles of safety, landscape, ecology, and economy. 5.2.2 Based on the results of the status survey, ecological problem identification and diagnosis, and ecological protection and restoration targets and standards, a reasonable greening design should be carried out and suitable plant materials selected to build and protect biodiversity. 5.3 Supervision Units 5.3.1 The supervision plan and implementation rules should include green construction content. 5.3.2 The green construction organization design, green construction plan, or green construction special plan should be reviewed. 5.3.3 The implementation and effectiveness of green construction measures by the construction unit should be supervised and inspected, and included in the supervision monthly report or special report. 5.4 Construction Units
