Scope

This section specifies the dimensions of tool holders (end mill holders) with fastening screws and their fastening screws, and also gives the maximum diameter of the end face of the tool holder. This type of tool holder is used for the transmission of flat-tipped straight-shank tools according to GB/T 6131.2. This section specifies two types of transmission methods: - Tool holders with a hole diameter of d1≤20 mm, used for the transmission of single-tipped flat-tipped straight-shank tools. These tools can be made either with a single tip or a double tip. - Tool holders with a hole diameter of d1≥25 mm, used for the transmission of double-tipped flat-tipped straight-shank tools. These tools are only made with a single tip. Note: The connection dimensions of various types of tool holders and the marking of tool holders with fastening screws (end mill holders) are in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6133.2.
