DL/T 2525-2022 The technical guidelines for the renovation of the circulating water supply system of a double-pressure and double-rotor steam turbine unit for heat supply using a dual-bed cycle

Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the retrofit project of dual-backpressure dual-rotor interchangeable circulating water heating of steam turbine units in the aspects of feasibility study, design, modification of the steam turbine body, auxiliary equipment and systems, as well as installation and maintenance, commissioning and testing. This document is applicable to dual-backpressure dual-rotor interchangeable circulating water heating retrofit of pure condensing and extraction condensing steam turbine units. For low-pressure light-axis rotor exhaust heat recovery retrofit, low-pressure rotor disassembly and assembly of the last two blades circulating water heating retrofit, and air-cooled units with a common low-pressure rotor high-backpressure heat recovery retrofit, the steam turbine units can be used as a reference for implementation.
