Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of oxo-biodegradable polyolefin plastic bags. This standard applies to oxo-biodegradable polyolefin plastic bags made from a mixture of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), expanded polyethylene (EPE), and plastic starch as raw materials, with the addition of appropriate amounts of degradation agents.
