Scope

This part of GB/T 39271 specifies the calculation method for the rated static load of hybrid bearings, where the bearing rings are made of contemporary high-quality hardened bearing steel and manufactured by good processing methods, and the rolling elements are made of contemporary high-quality silicon nitride (Si3N4). ISO 32902[1] and ISO 26602[4] are applicable to ceramic balls; ISO 12297-2[2] and ISO 26602[4] are applicable to ceramic rollers.
For applications using hybrid bearings, the reference values of the static safety factor S0 can be referred to in Tables 1 and 2.
