Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the composition of the aerospace-grade radiation-hardened integrated circuit unit library (hereinafter referred to as the "radiation-hardened unit library"), radiation effect modeling and simulation, design of the radiation-hardened unit library, design and verification of the design suite, verification of the radiation-hardened unit library, and preparation of the radiation-hardened unit library manual. This document is applicable to the design of radiation-hardened unit libraries for bulk silicon/SOI CMOS processes, as well as comprehensive evaluation of radiation-hardened unit libraries prior to product development.
