Scope
This standard specifies the network architecture, end system requirements, switch requirements, physical layer requirements, time synchronization requirements, and real-time audio and video transmission requirements of the aerospace time deterministic network.
This standard is applicable to the internal backbone network of high-real-time and high-deterministic aerospace integrated electronic systems with end-to-end latency no greater than 100 us, jitter no greater than 10 us, and network synchronization accuracy no greater than 200 ns.
