Scope
This standard specifies the numbering rules and marking requirements for shotgun ammunition and 5.6 mm sporting ammunition, the packaging and labeling requirements for shotgun ammunition, 5.6 mm sporting ammunition, and air gun ammunition, the numbering and packaging labeling requirements for imported and exported civilian ammunition, and the requirements for submitting information on civilian ammunition and its management.
This standard applies to the numbering, packaging labeling, and management of civilian ammunition as stipulated in the "Gun Control Law of the People's Republic of China".
