Scope

This standard specifies the message structure and marking definitions used for the exchange of departure notification data between relevant parties during transportation, such as ships and vehicles, based on XML format, as well as the structure of the XML schema. This standard applies to the electronic data exchange of departure notifications for transportation vehicles (such as ships and vehicles) involved in road and waterway transportation.
