Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production entities, scale and layout, base selection, infrastructure, planting and management systems, etc. for sweet orange pomelo production bases. This document is applicable to the construction and management of large-scale sweet orange pomelo production bases. Main technical content: A sweet orange pomelo production base should have a certain planting scale, complete production facilities, a sound quality control system, and a favorable location environment, so as to meet the requirements for stable, safe, and high-quality production of sweet orange pomelo. 4. Production entities: The production entities of the base include leading agricultural enterprises, farmers' professional cooperatives, family farms, and large-scale planting households, etc. 5. Scale and layout: The scale of the production base should be appropriate, with a contiguous area of at least 1 hectare (15 mu), and the layout of various functional areas should be reasonable. 6. Site selection: 6.1 Basic requirements: It should comply with the local land use master plan and urban and rural planning, and it is preferable to choose areas with convenient transportation and relatively complete infrastructure. 6.2 Climatic conditions: The average annual temperature should be around 18°C, with an average annual precipitation of about 1700 mm, and the frost-free period should be about 255 days. 6.3 Environmental quality: The location environment should be favorable, far away from urban areas, industrial and mining areas, main traffic arteries, industrial pollution sources, and domestic waste dumps, etc. The environmental air quality should comply with the requirements of GB 3095, and the irrigation water and soil environmental quality should comply with the requirements of NY/T 5010. The main indicators of ecological environment should comply with the requirements of DB33/T2090, namely, the ecological environment status index (EI) should be ≥85,
