GB/T 43318-2023 Gas turbine combined cycle power plants—Thermal performance tests
GB/T 43318-2023 Gas turbine combined cycle power plants—Thermal performance tests
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the guidelines for the preparation, execution, evaluation, and reporting of thermal performance tests for gas turbine-driven combined cycle power stations and thermal power stations, which are conducted under base load or partial load conditions, with or without supplementary firing.
This document is applicable to:
——General requirements for thermal performance tests;
——Acceptance tests to determine the thermal performance of combined cycle power stations according to contractual guarantees;
——Comparative tests conducted before and after modification, upgrading, or major overhaul to identify performance differences between combined cycle power stations and thermal power stations.
Within the specified test boundaries and under the prescribed operating conditions and reference conditions, this document can be used to determine the following thermal performance test objectives and expected values:
——Electric power;
——Heat consumption rate or thermal efficiency;
——Heating steam and/or heating hot water.
This document is not applicable to component tests of individual equipment, for which relevant standards provide separate provisions.
This document is not applicable to the following test objectives:
——Environmental tests, such as emissions and noise;
——Vibration tests;
——Operational tests;
——Absolute or comparative performance of specific components of combined cycles specified in dedicated standards (e.g., gas turbines).
