Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of tracked bulldozers. This standard applies to mechanically driven, hydraulically mechanically driven, and hydrostatically driven tracked bulldozers with a net engine power of 60 kW to 400 kW (hereinafter referred to as bulldozers). Derived products of bulldozers (such as push-rake machines), modified products, and bulldozers with a net power of more than 400 kW can also be used as reference.
