Scope

This document describes a method for determining the distribution of 12 elements (copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr), silver (Ag), arsenic (As), barium (Ba), beryllium (Be), mercury (Hg), nickel (Ni), and selenium (Se)) in waste chemicals using a continuous extraction method, including general provisions, sample processing, determination of the element types in the tested sample and total content measurement, and extraction and determination. This document is applicable to solid or semi-solid waste chemicals.
